Shipping & Delivery

We are currently offering free delivery on all orders in the UK with a value over £60.

All parcels will require a signature. To make your experience as easy as possible we use Royal Mail for our standard delivery. Once your parcel has been collected we will send you a confirmation email oto let you know your parcel is on its way.

Returns & Replacements

Ordering cycling apparel can be a bit of a minefield. A number of brands come up quite a bit smaller than you might expect. We try to advise you the best we can on the sizing of each product, however in the event you need to return your purchase will happily provide a no-quibble return or exchange. The only thing that we ask is that the item has not been used, has not had tags and labels removed and is returned in its original packaging.*

  1. Simply complete the return form which came with your parcel, stating whether you want to exchange it,  would like a refund, or a credit to your account.
  2. Return the package via registered post or recorded delivery.
  3. We will process the return with 5-7 business days of receipt, and will send you an email.

Returns Policy

Returns must be made within 45 days from the delivery date. We strongly advise you send the package by a registered or recorded mail service. If you are outside this time, contact us and we will try to help.
All merchandise must be ‘as new’ – unworn, unwashed and with all labels and packaging intact.
All merchandise is subject to inspection.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless you are able to contact us immediately. You will be able to return it for an exchange or refund however.

How can I pay?

Pedal & Co use PayPal, AMazon Payments and Credit/Debit card options payments to give you a fast, simple and very secure checkout.



Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders can be tracked. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number. All UK standard delivery information will be sent to you via text or email updates.

What happens if I’m not in when delivery is scheduled?

The Royal Mail will leave a delivery card advising you on when the parcel will be available to collect from your nearest main delivery office,

Why do I have to register to buy from Pedal&Co?

No, registration is not required as you can checout as a guest, however by registering you can  :
